FAQ
How much do we charge?
We try to encourage our clients to do as much work as possible for themselves. Naturally our guidance and support is readily available. However, due to the often complex nature of work undertaken by a professional firm such as this, it does cost money and fees (which are subject to change) are broadly categorised as follows:
Principal $300 per hour
Senior Accountants $180-$230 per hour
Administrative Staff $100 per hour
Disbursements are charged at cost. Any cost in addition to actual amounts charged reflects time taken in attending to related matters. Individual taxation returns attract a minimum fee of $195 each. These are payable immediately upon completion when the return is completed during the consultation.
Do we accept credit card payments?
We accept Visa, Mastercard as well as EFTPOS payments. We encourage clients to pay immediately. If credit card payments are received immediately upon receipt of the invoice, we waive the standard 2% credit card surcharge.
